RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• All products are eligible for return within the return period unless otherwise stated.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING
We offer free return shipping on all approved eligible returns.
There are no restocking fees.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Original shipping costs, if applicable, will be refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
