We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden shipping fees.
SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders placed outside our shipping zone may not be eligible for delivery.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
United States: 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
CAPCRAFT is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
